Agyness Deyn for Doc Marten

Hey guys,
I don't know if you have heard of seen but Agyness Deyn has bought out a collection for Doc martens, all of the stuff is so nice and really has been inspired by 90's grunge, it all reminds me of the film this is England.

Lately i have seen that since Miley Cyrus has cut her hair she has been rocking a lot of clothes that are 90's grunge inspired and i really love this new re-born Miley-she isn't a Disney kid anymore, and i love her new hair and think she has great dress sense. It wasn't until looking up the Agyness Deyn collection that i realized a lot of the pieces Miley was wearing were from the collection.

Hope you liked this post guys and check out the collection its so nice.

Shoe Unboxing: Underground Creepers

Hey guys,

After waiting a long time i finally took the plunge and bought myself a new pair of creepers.
I love these ones because they are unlike any i have ever seen before and black and burgundy are my two favorite colors to wear so they are perfect.
The leather is so shiny and prettyful and new at the moment and i really don't want to scuff them all up, the fur tongue is made pony hair i think but i think its just individual hair that the pony has like malted and then it has been glued onto the leather tongue....well that's what i think. But they are just so beautiful and i love them.

Let me know what you think of them,

Peace xxxx

OOTD: Styling camouflage

Hey guys,
Here's another ootd for you.
I am not really sure if i am 100% into the whole camouflage trend yet, but i wanted to give it a go and see how i could style it and i was given this jacket for free from my grandad so i didn't have to commit and buy one. I would say don't be silly and go to beyond retro and rokit and buy one because they are like £20 and the fact of the matter is it's a trend...which will soon disappear. Hunt around charity shops and car boot sales for one or if you have a trendy grandad like i do, then beg him:)

Peace guys xxxxxx

A/W '12 trends: Pattern

[L-R: i-D magazine's image of Prada | Piet Mondrian's art | Avon's Midnight Green Nailwear pro +]

After getting the latest issue of i-D magazine, I've been completely inspired by their Autumn/Winter '12 trends section, so I'm going to do a series of posts on each trend.

Leading on from the summer trend of tie dye, this trend is still bright and eye catching, but has more structure with bold lines and shapes.
I think Piet Mondrian's art is a real inspiration on simple, subtle ways of showing this trend.
Or think of complex honey comb prints, shown in Pradas coat design (I also love the matching makeup)
I was reading Avon magazine and saw this dark green nail varnish, the perfect winter colour and also makes sure there's no distractions away from the pattern in your clothing.

Lush review: Vanillary perfume, Sweet Lips lip scrub & Breath Of Fresh Air toner water

Went out today and added to my little Lush collection by getting the Vanillary perfume. I can already say I absolutely love this - such a unique idea having a perfume in solid form and it was only £6.50.
I also tested a spray of Karma, described as:

"Retro yet ageless. Karma is a powerful, spicy and unique patchouli and citrus perfume. It's a strange slow-burner for some; you fall for it without realising what's happening. Others love it from the first sniff as they are transported to the age of freedom."

I have to say, I absolutely hated this. I expected some lovely orangey scent and I found it unbearable, I really couldn't wear this all day it would make me feel ill. I've washed my wrist a lot of times since spraying this and the smell WILL NOT GO, but I do suppose on the bright side, this shows how these perfumes are good quality and they don't fade easily.

Vanillary Gorilla Perfume
"The sweet and sensual real vanilla and jasmine absolutes are supported by the burnt caramel-like scent of tonka bean in this delicious perfume."

I'm obsessed with vanilla anyway, so finding a vanilla perfume is just perfect. This solid perfume goes onto skin smoothly and is just lovely, the description is so accurate.

Sweet Lips lip scrub
"Whilst Sweet Lips buffs your lips, your mind is on smooth milky chocolate bars.
Clears dead skin and flakiness from lips, leaving them moisurised and smooth."

I always have a problem with flaky lips before applying lipstick, this works so well and tastes so nice too!

Breath Of Fresh Air toner water
"The sea breeze captured in a bottle
A refreshing spray to tide you over"

This is also described as the perfect pick me up for skin and mind which I find to be so true. I've always used tea tree toners, but this smell is so relaxing.

What do you think of Lush?

OOTD: Lace and leather

Lace body: New Look | Shorts: H&M | Chain: Matt's | Creepers: Asos

Another gothic looking OOTD, wearing all black except my shoes!
This lace body goes really well with leather look shorts, it'd probably look nice with leather trousers too.
A good look for going out clubbing, or with a long cardigan it could be an everyday outfit.

OOTD: Gothic

Leather jacket: H&M | Lace body: New Look | Maxi skirt: Primark | Studded bracelet: Random emo shop from years ago | Creepers: Asos | Lipstick: Sleek's 'Vamp'

I've had this lace body for a looong time and never really wear it, so I've decided in preperation for autumn I'm going to start wearing it and show you guys how to style a lace body in a series of different OOTD's.
I've styled this with a maxi skirt and leather jacket, all black giving a sort of gothic look. I think anyone wanting a maxi skirt, get yourself to Primark, only a tenner and they do so many colours! I have this and a red, but will be buying more this year.
To go with this gothic feel I wore the lipstick Vamp by Sleek. This is a matte shade, so  its quite drying but I think it goes so well with this look.

Sammy: Y.R.U BLOQ

I saw these shoes on Solestruck's instagram and thought they were absolutely gorgeous. As a fan of creepers/ flatforms/ any platformed type shoes, I frikin love them!
I think these will be perfect for autumn/ winter as a fashionable type of boot.
Right now the Bloq is only up on Solestruck's website in yellow, but maybe they'll turn up in black soon here.
The delivery to the UK is about $25, so I'm not sure if I'd bother getting these, but I may change my mind as they are soo lovely.

Matt: Black shoes I want....

1.Nike Rosche-£70-Urban outfitters.
I like these shoes, have for a long time since seeing them on the likes of Kanye West, now everyone is wearing them.. I wouldn't wear them for running because I think they are to nice for that, I would style these with black or indigo skinny's and a oversized denim shirt or some crazy loud patterned shirt.

2.Black patent brogues-£65-Topman.
I don't own a pair of patent shoes, and have always wanted to go there, but I have never seen any men's shoes that I like that are patent, but brogues are classic and when i came across these I knew I had to have them and I may think about it, but I might just pick these up next pay day.

3.Pony hair creepers-£95-Topman Oxford Street.
I saw these when i went to London last week, I didn't buy them because the price is a bit £££. I really think creepers are the type of shoes that look better in person, they really don't photograph well ahaha. But ye, I have wanted a black pair for ages and they also had this with a maroon tongue which would be very nice for autumn. I may have to go up to London soon and see if I can get them because I cant seem to find them online.

Matt: Favourite fashion magazine

I really think Company have done a 360, I didn't use to like this magazine but ever since they started printing in matte it has just become so much better. I've been buying this ever month since January now - since they introduced the matte paper.

Firstly I buy it cause I think it looks perdy, and the graphics and print is just always amazeballs.
Secondly I but it because every month they have new trends and I just love the general 'street style' aspect of it, because I'm not really into runway fashion. I mean, I would be, if I had the money.

You can just lust over it and use it for inspiration, but yeah...
I JUST LOVE COMPANY
Rant over.

Peace guys
